Yesterday was my birthday and I had a very good day at that. I spent the majority of the day sewing an apron for a Apron Swap I joined. It was nice and relaxing. Then at 7pm we got ready and went the the Draper Temple open house.

Sorry for the poor picture quality but I forgot the camera. I really need one that fits in my purse. At least we had our phone cameras.

I took this picture after the temple tour at the church where we eat a cookie and got on the shuttle back to our car.
A nice gentleman offered to get all of us in the picture.
The kids really thought it was neat to see the beautiful rooms of the temple.
I'm glad we had this opportunity to take them to the open house and it was a bonus for me because it was my birthday.
I decided I would like to go to Winger's. It wasn't the best choice because of the kids in there church clothes but that is what I really wanted for my dinner so that is what we did.
We made it through dinner without any spills or any clothes getting ruined. It was amazing.
The perfect end to a perfect day!

I'm glad you got to go. Sorry, I remembered your birthday and was going to give you a call then I got involved in my day and forgot to call you and Penina. I'm glad to see you had a wonderful day even without my good wishes!
Sounds like you had a wonderful birthday. The temple is amazing isn't it? I have been twice now. Once with my kids and once with the Young Women. I'm glad you were able to go. Wingers does sound good.
